From a number to a finished line.
No mystery, no pressure. Here is exactly how an Ironwood job runs, and where the paperwork stops being your problem.
Five stages, every job.
The linear-foot estimate is step one, and it is a real number, not a form that just books a sales visit.
Get a Linear-Foot Number
Tell us the run length, material, and height. You get a real per-linear-foot range the same day, before anyone visits.
On-Site Walk & Locate
We walk the line, check grade and property pins, and call in utility locates so posts land where they should.
HOA & Permit Handling
We prep the submittal, the plat, and the city permit, so approval is our paperwork instead of your weekend.
Build Day
Posts set in concrete, panels squared to line and grade, gates hung and tested. Most yards finish in one to two days.
Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the finished fence with you, register your 5-year workmanship warranty, and haul off every scrap.
HOA and permits, handled.
The part most homeowners dread, the architectural submittal, the plat, the city permit, is the part we do without being asked. You approve the design and the color, and we file the rest.
We have walked submittals through the HOAs in Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, and south Tulsa, so we know what each one wants before we send it.
Process questions.
How does the linear-foot estimate work?
You give us the approximate run length, material, and height, and we return a real per-linear-foot range the same business day. It is a genuine budget number, not a lead-capture placeholder. The on-site visit only fine-tunes it for grade, gates, and terrain.
Do you handle HOA approvals and city permits?
Yes. We prepare the HOA architectural submittal and pull the City of Tulsa (or your municipality's) permit as part of the job. You approve the design, and the paperwork is ours.
Which fence lasts the longest in Oklahoma weather?
Ornamental steel and composite top the lifespan chart at 25 to 30-plus years with almost no upkeep. Cedar lasts 15 to 20 years and rewards a restain every few years with the warmest look. Our Materials page breaks it down by privacy, lifespan, and budget.
